Known for their friendly temperament, EE's are perfect for homes with children. They are heat and cold hardy and are very beginner friendly. Each hen lays about 200 large eggs per year. They have a variety of eye colors, but are known for producing blue eyes. Males get about 5 lbs, and females get around 4 lbs.
