Customer Agreement
Before you dive into the responsibility of pet ownership, please do your research. You will be responsible for the care of the animal for the entirety of it's life. Of course, we all learn new things as we go along. But please know the basics of what the animal is going to need. We have a right to refuse sale to any person we think is not a good fit for any animal.

Our Health Guarantee
All animals from our farm are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase. Please look over the animal well at pickup. If for any reason you have concerns about an animal after bringing them home, please message me. I am always here to help with any questions you have.
We are a natural farm
All of our animals are raised as naturally as possible, with as little intervention as possible. If a problem with one of our animals arises, we try our best to treat it naturally. God has given us everything we need! All of our animals have been extremely happy wandering around our beautiful 15 acres and staring at that gorgeous lake view!
Deposit Info
Deposits are given when a customer is interested in an animal that is not ready to go home yet. Sending a deposit for an animal ensures that we will hold the animal especially for you, until the family, and the animal, are ready for the transition. Deposits are non-refundable. This is to ensure that the new family is 100% committed to the animal.

Deposit Information
Some animals that are not ready to leave the farm quite yet may require a deposit. This deposit is to ensure that your animal is held just for you until they are old enough and ready for their new home. Deposits should be given by a buyer in good faith, which means the buyer is serious in his or her commitment to purchase the animal from us. Being a responsible breeder requires careful planning, a huge time commitment, and major financial investments. Non-refundable deposits supports us with all of these things. It is of the utmost importance to us that we place our animals with owners who are ready for the huge commitment of owning an animal. Finding, selecting, and preparing these new owners takes a large amount of our time and energy. This is why we require a deposit for our animals that not ready to leave for their new home quite yet. This ensures that both our family and yours have the reassurance that your special hand-picked animal will be there waiting for you on pick-up day, and we rest easy knowing our animals have a lovely home waiting for them!
